Thanks for presenting to my runners about sports nutrition. It was age appropriate, and you even made it fun with the games and prizes! You did really appeal to the age group and I do feel they came out with a better understanding of nutrition and its importance. They talked about the food groups for days after. It was a valuable experience for all kids and grown-ups alike.
