sCULPture Athletes In College
Matt Wofford, Rice Owls - Offensive Lineman
sCULPture is an incredible organization dedicated to the overall wellness of its clients, Yancy Culp is truly passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals as well as keeping everyone out of trouble and "inside the guardrails" and Yancy's wife Amy is an excellent dietician who also loves her work and sCULpture. As a collegiate athlete, I can say that Yancy's training has given me a huge edge over anyone who is working by themselves, but I can also say that Yancy has become an incredible friend and mentor because of the willingness to serve others, and the passion for what he does that he brings to the table. You will never find a trainer who cares more than Yancy about your fitness, and more importantly, you as a person.

Yancy,
Words cannot describe how much you have helped me in my training. I started coming to you as a sophomore and since then, my engine, speed, and strength have gone off the charts. You provide a program that I have not seen anywhere else; one that challenges all age groups and body types. The way you motivate athletes to stay within the guard rails, and glorify the 98% of their athletic career spent in training, really makes working with you enjoyable no matter the task. I report in 11 days to the Air Force Academy Prep School for basic training. After Prep School, I will be playing Defensive End for the Air Force Falcons. You have helped me enormously in preparing both mentally and physically for the challenges I know this will represent. You have taken my game to a whole new level, not just football on the field, but off the field intensity. You always say “98% of your athletic career is spent training for the 2% of time on the field” and after working with you for over 2 years I know now that is true, and the athletes that embrace that can truly take their game to another level. Thank you very much for the preparation you provide to the Cedar Park High School athletes and to the surrounding community, we ALL appreciate you more than we can ever say.

I started with Yancy as a Junior in high school and have been attending Boot Camp as well as some of the workouts on Saturday and Sunday all the way up until I left for college. You have helped me tremendously as a baseball player; although, mostly football players attend these workouts, they help tremendously in baseball as well. My Junior year I was throwing 82-84 consistently and with all the hard work and shaped workouts you’ve provided for me, by the time baseball rolled around my senior year I was touching 88-91. There is not a doubt in my mind that most of the speed jump was coming from all the workouts that I had been working so hard at, also to mention my stamina on the mound became remarkable. You also improved my 40 and 60 times by an enormous amount that helped me become a college athlete. I am going to attend Weatherford College to play baseball as a Shortstop and a Pitcher, and hope to be attending a Division 1 school in a year or two. You have been so good to me as a person on and off the field, improving my game to the next level. God has blessed me with a lot of talent, but as soon as Yancy got a hold of me there were aspects of my game that without him, I wouldn’t have been able to improve myself. I am so thankful for Yancy and Amy being great people and making me a better athlete person and athlete. Thanks guys and God bless!
