At sCULPture Boot Camp I specialize in creating challenging, yet fun group workouts which improve overall wellness. I will utilize a wide variety of exercise techniques to ensure you achieve great benefits from the experience. I accept virtually all fitness levels and structure the workouts in a way that ensures no one is left behind and no one is left unchallenged. Our Boot Camp is great for friends, family members, neighbors, wedding parties, co-workers, or just yourself. Many of our clients have been so happy with their results that they have continued to do repeat camps. What makes us different
Dynamic workouts that are meticulously planned to ensure proper progression and the ultimate in keeping it fun, interesting, and challenging. No two workouts are the same. Over 100 different exercises and methods will be utilized.
Boot Camp nutrition advice and Q/A from Registered and Licensed Dietitian. During the six week camp you will have unlimited email support anytime you have nutrition questions.
I will go to great lengths to structure challenging workouts while slowly increasing the challenge and intensity over the course of the 24 workout camp.
I train with the clients as they flow through the best full body workout in Austin.

Times/Dates:
Camps are Monday - Thursday for six weeks (24 total workouts).
Morning Camp is from 9:30 am - 10:30 am.
Evening Camp is from 5:45pm - 6:45pm.
Workouts last 1 hour. Reserve your spot now for our next camp!
Price:
$295 – New or repeat clients attending full camp (24 workouts)
$245 – New or repeat clients attending ¾ camp (18 workouts)
$170 – New or repeat clients attending ½ camp (12 workouts)
