  This once a week training session is specifically designed for individuals who are looking to push themselves mentally and physically to a level past anything ever experienced.  After accomplishing these weekly workouts, nothing you do for the rest of your life will compare to this “Turn Yourself Inside Out” mental and physical challenge.  You will be left with the wonderful feeling of “I Can Now Accomplish Anything” in life.  This program was designed to compliment your current fitness training program and it was designed to compliment your current desire to experience the ultimate exercise high… Come on out and “Turn Yourself Inside Out.”

Personal Fitness Training
  Yancy creates personal training programs to enhance physical and mental wellness for all clients searching for the benefits of adapting fitness in to their lives.  Yancy teaches exercise methods that are fun, challenging, and guarantee results.  Yancy uses methods that do not require gym equipment or any type of expensive fitness equipment.  After a short period of time you will be equipped with a wealth of knowledge and physical and mental changes that will have you understanding why a consistent fitness program is so important. 
Athlete Training Program
